Ralph Sesso, a graduate of Western Illinois University and former physical education teacher, transitioned from teaching to founding Redwood Partners in 1998 after investing in over 100 bank conversions. As a certified financial planner, Ralph leverages his expertise to advise bankers on enhancing their performance and is the author of "Up Your ROE." His athletic skill was highlighted by winning the National Collegiate Power-lifting Championship in 1972, setting records in multiple categories. Now residing in Naples, Florida, with his wife Carol and their large family, Ralph continues to influence the financial sector.
