Dr. Maryam Malek currently serves as the CEO Master Chair at Vistage Worldwide in Orange County. She facilitates executive peer advisory boards that enhance leadership and decision-making skills. Her experience includes senior executive roles at IBM, Xerox, and Gallup, where she developed extensive expertise. She founded the Corporate Development Consulting and Center for Applied Emotional Intelligence. She specializes in leadership effectiveness and strategic planning. As an experienced educator, Dr. Malek has taught at Pepperdine and Chapman universities, and she is an accomplished speaker, author, and coach, with works including "The New Currency of Leadership" and a variety of broadcast programs.
