Eric Shoemaker brings over 15 years of experience in asset management and development. He has managed retail, multi-family, and office portfolios exceeding $250 million across multiple states. He has also developed retail and office projects worth over $30 million. Before joining Freedom Financial Funds, Eric co-founded and successfully sold a specialty manufacturing company. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Carleton College and a Juris Doctor from Lewis and Clark University, blending his legal and business expertise to drive successful investments and developments.
